What is JCT Gaming’s payment policy?
A: Online payment methods accepted include most major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. through available checkout payment options. Online payment methods require an estimated 1-2 business days for payment processing.
Offline payment methods accepted include money order or cashier’s check, however JCT Gaming must receive payment within 10 calendar days after placing order or order will be cancelled. Offline payment methods require up to 10 business days hold to ensure safe clearing from issuing financial institution after payment is received.
All pending payments are due paid in full within 10 calendar days.
MI sales tax of 6% applies to all orders shipping to Michigan.
International orders welcome for shipping locations specified.
Note: Upon completing checkout, regardless whether payment is accepted or denied, JCTGaming.com attempts to authorize your payment account to verify that your billing information is correct. The authorization payment is never charged to your payment account and will not show up on your statements. However, the limit on your payment account may be reduced by the authorization payment amount until the authorization expires. Please contact your payment account processor for further assistance if required.
What is JCT Gaming’s shipping policy?
A: Shipping and handling processing time is an estimated 1-5 business days following an estimated 1-2 business days for payment processing. Orders are handled with great care and securely sent to a verified billing address only by USPS mail, UPS, FedEx or similar shipping service. Tracking and/or shipment confirmation is sent to customer email address following shipping and handling processing.
Economy Shipping transit time is an estimated 1-10 business days with an expected delivery time of an estimated 5-15 business days.
Standard shipping transit time is an estimated 1-5 business days with an expected delivery time of an estimated 1-10 business days.
Expedited shipping transit time is an estimated 1-3 business days with an expected delivery time of an estimated 1-8 business days.
International shipping transit time greatly varies from an estimated 1-20 business days with an expected delivery time of an estimated 1-25 business days.
Domestic shipping only to USA and US Territories including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.
Military FPO/APO addresses welcome subject to approval due to certain location limitations.
International shipping only to Canada subject to any tax/duty on order total less shipping costs.
Note: Order status is not updated in real-time and, in some cases, may not accurately reflect up-to-date details. Also, order status will remain ‘New’ throughout processing until ‘Shipped’ and/or updated in our system. Please allow the maximum expected delivery time (in business days) requested for order to arrive per shipping company requirements. If there is an attempted delivery notice left, it is the customers responsibility to arrange safe delivery.
Cancellation or Return Policy
What is JCT Gaming’s cancellation or return policy?
A: Cancellations including address change requests are available up to 24 hours after placing order and may be subject to a 15% processing fee. Please allow an estimated 3-5 business days for cancellation processing. Also, your payment account processor may require additional time for processing.

Standard 15 Day Return Policy:
We guarantee orders to be as advertised as reasonably described in the sales page, or customer may request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) unless specified otherwise, AS IS, etc. Digital content, whether purchased separately or as part of a product, is not returnable and any partial return is subject to a proper deduction based on current fair market value. Orders not as advertised must be reported within 15 calendar days from date of delivery to be eligible. Buyer’s remorse, product neglect/abuse, shipment refusal/return to sender, compatibility issues, cosmetic defects, packaging, missing non-essential parts, specification discrepancies or any deficiencies unknown at time of sale not affecting order fitness are not covered by this return policy. Damaged shipments or orders missing any essential items must be reported within 12 hours from time of delivery to be eligible otherwise customer willfully accepts order as received.
1) Carefully read the sales page, to ensure order is not as advertised.
2) If order is covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact manufacturer for support help first as eligible returns are not covered by this return policy.
3) If order support cannot be handled by manufacturer, submit a returns form to request RMA.
Note: Limit (1) RMA per order #.
4) Once RMA is issued, customer has 14 calendar days for domestic orders or 30 calendar days for international orders for us to receive return or the RMA will be canceled and refused. Customer is responsible for tracking and/or shipment confirmation of order return which may serve as notification for receipt of return.
5) Upon receipt of return, please allow an estimated 3-5 business days for return processing plus any applicable shipping and handling processing in which we will perform an inspection, determine eligibility and at our sole option do one of the following:
a) We will process an exchange, if available, and re-ship order at no charge OR
b) We will process a repair, if possible, and re-ship order at no charge OR
c) We will issue a store credit for original purchase price including shipping costs by means of a unique single use code applicable toward subtotal of a future purchase valid up to 90 calendar days OR
d) We will process a refund, if an exchange or repair is not possible, for original purchase price less shipping costs.
6) If return is determined as advertised, customer will be refunded original purchase price less shipping costs minus a 15% processing fee.
7) If return is determined tampered with based on documented security methods, customer will be notified and the order shipped back upon customer paying additional shipping costs.
8) Except as set forth, JCT Gaming disclaims all warranties of any kind about products or services, expressed or implied.

Dispute/Claim or Chargeback Policy
What is JCT Gaming’s dispute/claim or chargeback policy?
A: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
At JCT Gaming we do not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud without exception will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.
JCT Gaming also considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you made no reasonable effort to notify us that a problem existed and allow us considerable time to resolve or clarify the matter.
All frivolous charge backs not only costs our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but costs us money, therefore:
YOU AGREE that if you choose to do business with JCT Gaming and file a dispute/claim or charge back with your credit card company for a situation that contradicts our terms, conditions and policies which you agree to when placing your order OR have not allotted us sufficient time to acknowledge, confirm, and research the situation; and as of any result, you do not win the charge back argument or dispute/claim you agree to pay us $150.00 for our time responding to the matter. You authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, JCT Gaming will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the charge back and or dispute/claim in addition to any other fees explained below.
In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our merchandise, JCT Gaming will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full.
Note: The customer must return the merchandise obtained, before attempting a chargeback.
CEASE AND DESIST
Customer understands and is hereby notified that once a chargeback, dispute/claim or legal action is taken; all communication where it be via email, telephone, internet, or U.S. mail with JCT Gaming will cease and desist.
RIGHT TO REFUSE A CUSTOMER
JCT Gaming reserves the right to cancel an order and/or issue a refund, and pursue legal action against any customer who is deemed hostile. Hostile customers are those who initiate charge backs or dispute/claims without valid cause (particularly after the receipt of goods/services), threaten/harass staff members in person, over the phone, internet, or email, and those who attempt to slander and/or commits acts of libel against JCT Gaming and all divisions there under.
We are not interested in legal battles, but we are prepared to take them on when necessary.
LEGAL: You agree via your conducting business with JCT Gaming that any legal action resulting from any transaction will be guided by the laws of and take place in the JCT Gaming home state of Michigan. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.
PLEASE NOTE OUR POLICY ON CHARGEBACK
• Customer understands that JCT Gaming does not tolerate fraudulent charge backs or frivolous disputes/claims and will proceed to collect by any means necessary.
• Customer is responsible for charge back fees consisting of attorney’s fees, fees for collection agencies or third party intervention if customer fraudulently charges back or does not pay monies owed.
• If Customer charges back fraudulently, customer will owe charge back fees plus amount owed.
• JCT Gaming will report any outstanding balances to the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, Trans Union.) as a delinquent collection account.
• JCT Gaming will have the incident reported to anti-fraud databases, which will attempt to prevent any further purchases on the Internet.
Stolen Credit Card Purchases
We log IP strings on all orders – any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
What is JCT Gaming’s holiday schedule?
A: Since the holidays present a special time of year, both with families and shopping, we want to ensure all customer expectations are properly outlined to avoid any reason for concern. First, while orders may continue to be placed accordingly, domestic orders must be placed by the order date specified for on-time delivery regardless of shipping method selection. Additionally, to support order cut-off times, some shipping options may be temporarily unavailable to help accommodate customer expectations. If, due to high demand, we believe an order placed by the order date specified will not ship to arrive by the delivery date specified we will contact you immediately.
Unfortunately, Military APO/FPO addresses and International orders cannot be determined due to greatly varying expected delivery times, however we highly recommend allowing a minimum of an estimated 25 business days for best results.
Important Note: To help give staff time with their families, all business related activities including order processing and customer service will be temporarily on hold/unavailable 2 business days before the holidays and will resume within an estimated 5-7 business days after the holidays (typically the 2nd full business week in January) when we resume our normal business hours of Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST/EDT excluding weekends & holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
